1. Legal notice — who we are

Corvuss is a sole proprietorship registered in Slovenia, providing AI video production, web design and growth-marketing services. This information is published in accordance with the Slovenian Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT).

2. What personal data we collect

The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to send us via the contact form:

• your name and email address,
• the service you are interested in and an optional link to your brand or product,
• the content of your message.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect any data from you while you simply browse the site.

3. Why we process it (purpose and legal basis)

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your free sample video or a quote, and communicate with you about a potential engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

4. Who processes the data for us

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which acts as our processor. Transfers to the US are safeguarded under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses — see the Formspree privacy policy. If you consent to analytics cookies (see section 5), visit statistics are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (United States, safeguarded under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) as our processor for Google Analytics. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger within the EU. We share your data with no one else.

5. Cookies and analytics

By default this website sets no cookies. All fonts, icons and media are served directly from our own server — no third-party CDN receives your data while you browse.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location) — but only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Until then, no analytics script is loaded and no cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies (they expire after up to 2 years) and processes your truncated IP address; we do not use it for advertising and we do not sell any data.

You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, or by deleting cookies for corvuss.net in your browser. Declining has no effect on how the site works.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 2 years), unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship — in which case data is kept as required by contract and Slovenian accounting and tax legislation.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Just write to info.corvuss@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).

8. External links

The site links to our profiles and demo projects on external platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, portfolio subdomains). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
